Our Process for Industrial or Non-Industrial customers are virtually the same.  We generally discuss the project with our customer to fully understand the customer’s needs.  Once we fully understand the project we will provide a detailed quote for the work we need to do to get a final part into the customers hands as soon as possible.

The first stage of the process is to determine the best mold solution such as Silicone, Plastic, Rubber or longer lasting aluminum.  Often this is decided by the number of parts needed, the size of the part, the requirements for side cores or inserts, and the detail required.

The second stage is to replicate the part needed by the customer unless the customer provides the part.  This consists of making a replication of the part as to model the part in wood, clay, plaster, plastic or metal.  The model is then used to produce the mold and a first piece cast and sent to the customer for their approval.

Standard Molds

Special Processes

Occasionally our customers require special molding solutions such as Architectural reproduction, Statue reproduction and Body reproduction often at the customer’s site.  In these cases special materials are used that brush on or are applied by hand specially formulated for application to vertical surfaces.  Once the part is coated sufficiently with the mold material it is allowed to cure then a mold support shell is made to fit over the mold and support it during casting process.  Once the support shell dries it is removed and the mold is removed and placed in the support shell and the casting made.
